Soccer Recap: Carlisle Comes Up Short

If Carlisle was riding high fresh off their 11-1 takedown of Twin Valley South on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Indians came up short against the Brookville Blue Devils on Saturday, falling 9-0. Carlisle haven't had much luck with Brookville recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Carlisle's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9-2. As for Brookville, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-3-2.

Carlisle does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Brookville, they will be taking part in a tournament against Oakwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
