Basketball Recap: Seymour Comes Up Short

Seymour and Wrightstown squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Seymour had to settle for second. They fell to the Wrightstown Tigers 57-53. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Thunder came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 88th, while the Tigers are ranked 248th).

Seymour's loss dropped their record down to 16-6. As for Wrightstown, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8.

As of now, neither Seymour nor Wrightstown have any future games scheduled.
