Basketball Recap: Lone Peak Find Success

Lone Peak hadn't done well against Ennis recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Lone Peak Big Horns rang in the new year with a 47-40 victory over the Ennis Mustangs. While the Big Horns didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The win made it two in a row for Lone Peak and bumps their season record up to 6-1. As for Ennis, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Lone Peak will venture away from home to challenge Twin Bridges at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ennis, they will challenge Sheridan at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
