Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Villa Park). They walked away with a 4-2 win over the Esperanza Aztecs on Wednesday. That's two games straight that the Spartans have won by exactly two goals.

They hit Esperanza with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Leonel Guillen (2), Joan Magana, and Bryan Alvarado.

The victory was the sixth in a row for Villa Park, bringing their record for this year to 12-2-3. As for Esperanza, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9-3 record this season.
