Soccer Recap: Neumann's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

Neumann entered their game against Evangelical Christian on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Neumann Celtics fell just short of the Evangelical Christian Sentinels by a score of 1-0. The Celtics were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Sentinels earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Neumann's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-5. As for Evangelical Christian, their record now sits at 10-2.

Neumann will square off against Barron Collier at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Evangelical Christian has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Aubrey Rogers on the 10th.
