Soccer Recap: Palatine Comes Up Short

Palatine and Carmel pushed the score to 5-4 the last time they played Carmel, but on Tuesday defenses reigned supreme. The Pirates fell 2-0 to the Corsairs. Palatine haven't had much luck with Carmel recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Palatine's loss dropped their record down to 8-6-2. As for Carmel, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-9-2.
