Soccer Game Preview: West Forsyth vs. Northwest Guilford

The West Forsyth Titans will head out on the road to take on the Northwest Guilford Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

West Forsyth's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Mooresville.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last game, Northwest Guilford made sure to put some goals up on the board against Wheatmore on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 9-0 margin over the Warriors. It was an even better day for Rory Partyka as she scored three goals for her team.

The victory got West Forsyth back to even at 1-1. As for Northwest Guilford, they now have a winning record of 1-0.

West Forsyth came up short against Northwest Guilford in their previous matchup back in March of 2022, falling 3-1. Can West Forsyth avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
