Basketball Recap: Hilbert Takes a Loss

Hilbert was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 26th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 41-21 to the Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah Resorters. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 33-27 back in December of 2024.

Hilbert's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-9.

Hilbert will head out to take on Little Chute at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Hilbert is facing Little Chute at the right time seeing as Little Chute is stuck on a 13-game losing streak. As for Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 47-31 defeat against Chesterton Academy on the 25th.
