Volleyball Recap: Meridian Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Meridian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Carrollton Cavaliers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cavaliers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Wednesday.

Meridian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Carrollton, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Meridian has already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Bullock Creek on the 23rd. As for Carrollton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Whittemore-Prescott on the 23rd.
