Basketball Recap: Meadowdale Picks Up Third Straight Win at Home

Meadowdale hadn't done well against Shorewood recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Mavericks walked away with a 59-52 win over the Stormrays. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Mavericks considering their 24-point performance the matchup before.

Meadowdale pushed their record up to 4-1-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points over those games. As for Shorewood, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-2.
