Basketball Recap: Hopewell-Loudon Comes Up Short

Hopewell-Loudon lost against New Riegel back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains took a 58-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the New Riegel Blue Jackets.

Hopewell-Loudon dropped their record down to 6-11 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for New Riegel, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-4.

Hopewell-Loudon will challenge Old Fort at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Old Fort will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Hopewell-Loudon surely won't give up without a fight. As for New Riegel, they will face off against Lakota at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
