Softball Recap: Glasgow Comes Up Short

The matchup between Glasgow and Delcastle Technical on Thursday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Dragons came up short against the Cougars, falling 14-7. The Dragons haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Glasgow's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Delcastle Technical, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-14.

Coming up, Glasgow will face off against MOT Charter at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.73 runs per game on average), something the Dragons will no doubt try to take advantage of. Delcastle Technical does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
