Trinity Christian's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They never let the Clay-Battelle Cee-Bees get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. Considering the Warriors have won five games by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Luciana Citerone was incredible, going 2-for-3 with five RBI and one double. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Isabella Kelley also deserves some recognition as she got her first hits of the season.

Trinity Christian is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Clay-Battelle, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 3-8.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Trinity Christian beat the Cee-Bees by a score of 18-2 later that day.
