Soccer Recap: Neshaminy Comes Up Short

Neshaminy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Pennridge Rams. That's two games in a row now that Neshaminy have lost by just one goal.

Neshaminy's loss dropped their record down to 4-4-5. As for Pennridge, their victory ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 5-7-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Neshaminy will challenge Council Rock North at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pennridge, they will square off against Central Bucks East at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
