The Altoona Mountain Lions will head out on the road to challenge the Red Land Patriots at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Altoona is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.

While Altoona's win against Bedford wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Mountain Lions had just enough and edged out the Bisons 2-1. Altoona's winning goal came courtesy of Sophia O'Dea.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Red Land, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They put the hurt on Palmyra with a sharp 5-2 victory on Wednesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Red Land considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

Altoona has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2-2 record this season. As for Red Land, their record is now 6-7.
