Softball Game Preview: Ossining Pride vs. Ketcham Storm

The Ossining Pride will head out on the road to square off against the Ketcham Storm at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. Ossining is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

Last Thursday, Ossining came up short against Mamaroneck and fell 10-6.

Ketcham never got on the board in their matchup on Friday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Yorktown on Saturday. They blew past the Huskers 13-1. The Storm might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

Ossining's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Ketcham, their win bumped their record up to 15-3.

Ossining suffered a grim 16-1 defeat to Ketcham when the teams last played back in May of 2023. Can the Pride avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
