After soaring to four goals the game before, Shasta was a bit more limited in their matchup on Wednesday. They lost 3-0 to the Pleasant Valley Vikings. Wolves haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Shasta's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3-1. As for Pleasant Valley, their win bumped their record up to 5-1-3.

Shasta has already played their next contest (against Foothill), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Pleasant Valley will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Enterprise at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
