Game recap: Northlake Christian High School Football Team tops Clark

COVINGTON, La. - Northlake Christian (Covington, La.) grabbed a lead in the first quarter and rode that momentum to a 41-0 win over Clark (New Orleans, La.).

The Wolverines scored 13 points in the first quarter. Northlake Christian scored on a touchdown run by Josh O'Rear and a Taylor Mussachia touchdown run.

After taking the lead on a touchdown run by O'Rear in the first quarter, NC led 28-0 at the half.

The Covington school grew its lead to 41 points entering the fourth quarter. The Wolverines scored two times in the third, including once on a touchdown pass by O'Rear to Stefon McElveen.

Northlake Christian (1-0) will play a non-conference game against Cohen next week, while Clark (0-1) will take on Central Lafourche also in a non-conference game.
