Volleyball Recap: Dawson-Boyd Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Renville County West on Tuesday, Dawson-Boyd came back down to earth. The Blackjacks lost 3-0 to the Minneota Vikings on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Blackjacks of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Dawson-Boyd's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Minneota, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Dawson-Boyd will challenge rival Lakeview at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Minneota is set to face off against their familiar foe Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
