Recap: Bancroft-Rosalie Panthers vs. Clarkson/Leigh Patriots        
        
		
            
 The Bancroft-Rosalie Panthers had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against Clarkson/Leigh by a score of  53-46. For Bancroft-Rosalie, this counts as revenge for the   53-29 defeat Clarkson/Leigh walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in December of 2022.
 Leading Bancroft-Rosalie to victory were  Addison James and  Samryn Dick.  James  scored 14 points along with 5  rebounds and 4  steals, while  Dick  scored 18 points along with 7  assists and 5  rebounds. The  matchup was  Dick's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was  Jaya Snyder, who  scored 6 points.
 When it comes to explaining why Clarkson/Leigh lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Chloe Hanel. Despite the final result, she  dropped  a double-double on 18 points and 10  rebounds. Hanel scored a full 39.1% of Clarkson/Leigh's points, the fourth time in a row she's  earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Baylee Settje, who  scored 8 points along with 9  rebounds.
 Bancroft-Rosalie's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Clarkson/Leigh, they have  fallen quite a ways from their 20-7 record last season and are now  at 1-3.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bancroft-Rosalie will  square off against Mead at 4:30  p.m.  on Saturday. Mead comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 19 points in their last three games, a trend the  squad is of course eager to reverse. As for Clarkson/Leigh, they will head out on the road to face off against David City at 7:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. David City is coming into the  game hot, having won their last three games.
