Volleyball Recap: Howell Find Success

Howell saw some tournament action on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bayless Bronchos. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Their offense was headlined by Thomas Thoman and Remy Walkowiak, who picked up six kills apiece. Thoman really made an impact as he also led the team in assists with 13.

Howell now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Bayless, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Howell wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Staley on the 29th. As for Bayless, they will head out on the road to face off against Granite City at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
