Volleyball Recap: Carver Takes a Loss

Carver was the 2-0 winner over Creekside when they last played one another back in August of 2016, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell 2-0 to the Seminoles on Tuesday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Carver was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-19.

Carver's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Creekside, they pushed their record up to 9-13 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Carver will take on South Atlanta at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Creekside has already played their next contest (against Tri-Cities), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
