Basketball Recap: White River Valley Comes Up Short

White River Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 43-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shakamak Lakers. The matchup marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

White River Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Shakamak, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-7.

White River Valley will square off against Cloverdale at 7:30 p.m. on January 18th. As for Shakamak, they will host North Daviess at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th.
