Softball Recap: Palisades Dolphins vs. Westchester Comets

Palisades can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent contest on Thursday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Westchester Comets a 19-0 shutout. The win was nothing new for Palisades as they're now sitting on five straight.

Briana Vasquez and Stella Honda made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound, Vasquez pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Honda tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Vasquez has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 11 consecutive pitching appearances.
