Football Recap: Danville Warriors vs. Hamilton Heights Huskies
Danville proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 43) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Hamilton Heights Huskies 27-24. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Danville got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Minh Vu out in front who rushed for 140 yards and one TD. Those 140 rushing yards gave Vu a new career-high. Carter Ward was another key player, rushing for 43 yards and a pair of scores.

As for Hamilton Heights, they will square off against Western at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
