Lane Tech came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Lincoln Park Lions a 4-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 7-6 last Wednesday.

Not much got past Charles Lust, who gave up just five hits to keep Lincoln Park off the board. Lust has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.
