Despite the loss, Chaffey still got an impressive performance from Alexis Almeida, who rushed for 91 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 36 receiving yards.
Leading Rim of the World to victory were Mateo Jurado and Tatum Ortiz. Jurado gained 134 total yards and two touchdowns, while Ortiz rushed for 176 yards while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. Ortiz also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making eight total tackles.
Chaffey's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Rim of the World, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
