Basketball Recap: Metro Deaf Comes Up Short

Metro Deaf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 48-10 loss at the hands of the Wisconsin School for the Deaf Firebirds. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cheetahs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-16 on January 9th.

Metro Deaf's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Wisconsin School for the Deaf, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-9.

Metro Deaf has already played their next contest (against Illinois School for the Deaf), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Wisconsin School for the Deaf didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 68-25 victory against Atlanta Area School for the Deaf on the 25th.
