Basketball Recap: Middleburgh's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cobleskill-Richmondville, Middleburgh was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Chatham Panthers with a sharp 60-38 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Knights as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Middleburgh's victory bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Chatham, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Middleburgh will look to defend their home court on Friday against Schoharie at 7:30 p.m. As for Chatham, they will challenge Berlin/New Lebanon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
