While Baraga's victory against Dollar Bay wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Vikings narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Bays 1-0. The victory was familiar territory for the Vikings, who have now won five contests in a row dating back to last season.

Baraga's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Dollar Bay, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-2.

Baraga didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Lake Linden-Hubbell on the 22nd. Hopefully Dollar Bay paid attention to the Vikings' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Vikings at 9:00 p.m. on Friday.
