Basketball Recap: Upland Piles Up the Points Against GV Christian

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Durango, Upland was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 64-32 victory over the GV Christian Guardians. That 32 point margin sets a new team best for the Highlanders/Scots this season.

GV Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Thomas Pulcini, who posted eight points and ten rebounds.

Upland's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for GV Christian, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Upland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 63-22 victory against Waterford on the 3rd. As for GV Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-50 win against Pinecrest Academy Cadence on the 3rd.
