Basketball Recap: Harlem Comes Up Short

If Harlem was feeling good fresh off their 68-38 takedown of Belvidere North last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Harlem Huskies received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 56-37 to the Hononegah Indians. The Huskies haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Harlem's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Hononegah, their win was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-10.

Harlem will head out to face off against Rockford Auburn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hononegah, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rockford East at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
