Stone won the last time they faced Perry Central and Jabari Moye did his part to make sure it happened again. The Tomcats came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 61-53 on Thursday with plenty of help from Moye, who shot 44% from the field en route to 23 points in addition to seven assists and seven boards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.5 points per game.

Another player making a difference was Lathan Posey, who went 7-for-14 on his way to 14 points and eight rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played.

The victory got Stone back to even at 2-2. As for Perry Central, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, Stone and Perry Central will both be playing George County the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will host the Rebels at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Tomcats will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
