Volleyball Recap: Moore Haven Comes Up Short

Moore Haven saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lake Howell Silverhawks. The Terriers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the defeat, Moore Haven saw an underclassman step up: freshman Kulipa Julian had eight digs and two aces.

Moore Haven's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Lake Howell, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

Moore Haven wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Coral Reef on the 13th. As for Lake Howell, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Gulf Coast on the 13th.
