Basketball Recap: Rising Sun Piles Up the Points Against North East

Rising Sun won the last time they faced North East and things went their way on Thursday too. The Rising Sun Tigers took their match with ease, bagging a 51-16 win over the North East Indians. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 21 points or more this season.

Several Indians players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ada Dominick, who posted six points. Dominick is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games she's played. Sariah Sanon was another key player, putting up two points and nine rebounds.

Rising Sun has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. North East's record is now 11-10.
