Basketball Recap: CORE Butte Takes a Loss

CORE Butte was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Los Molinos Bulldogs, falling 77-39. The Lynx were probably out for revenge after losing 52-23 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

CORE Butte's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Los Molinos, they moved to 4-9 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

CORE Butte will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Princeton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Los Molinos, they will head out to challenge Redding Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
