Softball Game Preview: Stewart County Rebels vs. Clarksville Academy Cougars

The Stewart County Rebels will venture away from home to take on the Clarksville Academy Cougars at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Stewart County will be strutting in after a victory while Clarksville Academy will be coming in after a loss.

Stewart County is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over Northwest on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Rebels in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Clarksville Academy's offense. They lost 21-0 to Nashville Christian on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost three in a row.

Stewart County's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Clarksville Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
