Soccer Recap: Ninety Six Comes Up Short

Ninety Six lost to Laurens back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wildcats lost 8-0 to the Raiders. Julian Acosta was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Ninety Six's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Laurens, with the victory, they broke their ten-match losing streak and moved their record to 3-10.

Coming up, Ninety Six will venture away from home to take on Strom Thurmond at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Laurens, they will head out on the road to face off against Emerald at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
