Volleyball Recap: St. Mary Comes Up Short

St. Mary was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado. If the Vikings were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Blue Tornado when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

St. Mary's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Paducah Tilghman, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Looking ahead, St. Mary will be playing at home against Community Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Paducah Tilghman, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Fulton County at 7:00 p.m. on September 8.
