Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Saturday. Utica Eisenhower walked away with a 2-0 victory over Hartland. Utica Eisenhower has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Hartland, too.

Liliana Gegovic paced Utica Eisenhower's offense, picking up ten kills. Gegovic got some help from Liliana Lily Tripi and her 26 assists. Elise Biermann controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Utica Eisenhower's win bumped their record up to 9-0-1. As for Hartland, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Utica Eisenhower and Hartland will both be playing Lakeland the next time they take the court. Hartland will head out to face Lakeland at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Utica Eisenhower will play them later in the day, at 12:30 p.m.
