The Miners fell 3-1 to the Calumet Copper Kings on Tuesday. The Miners have struggled against the Copper Kings recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Negaunee's loss dropped their record down to 15-6-2. As for Calumet, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-8-1 record this season.
