Basketball Game Preview: Jackson County Blue Devils vs. Clarkrange Buffaloes

Jackson County hasn't had much luck against Clarkrange recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Blue Devils will look to defend their home court against the Buffaloes at 6:00 p.m. Jackson County has given up an average of 50.7 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Tuesday, Jackson County came up short against Pickett County and fell 76-69.

Meanwhile, Clarkrange entered their tilt with Clay County on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 39-27 victory over the Bulldogs.

Jackson County's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 13-8. As for Clarkrange, they now have a winning record of 8-7-1.

Everything came up roses for Jackson County against Clarkrange in their previous matchup two weeks ago, as the team secured a 69-34 win. Will the Blue Devils repeat their success, or do the Buffaloes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
