Basketball Recap: St. Charles East Comes Up Short

St. Charles East was the 74-57 winner over Marmion when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The St. Charles East Fighting Saints took a 49-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Marmion Cadets.

St. Charles East has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season. As for Marmion, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 8-7.

St. Charles East will host Geneva at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Marmion, they will challenge Marquette at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
