Softball Game Preview: Tilton School Rams vs. Kimball Union Academy Wildcats

For the second straight game, Tilton School will face off against Kimball Union Academy. The Rams will host the Wildcats at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Tilton School is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Tilton School is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Hampshire's top teams: Kimball Union Academy, who was ranked third at the time (Tilton School was ranked first). The Rams came out on top in a nail-biter against the Wildcats on Monday, sneaking past 3-1.

Zoe Twarog was incredible, going 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. Maddy Andrade was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one run.

Tilton School's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-0. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Kimball Union Academy, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3.
