Narraguagus' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Karmen Thompson, who had seven digs and three aces. Thompson is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in the last four games she's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Eileen Berry, who had ten digs.
Narraguagus' victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-1. As for Calais, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.
