Soccer Game Preview: Blazer vs. Mason County

The Blazer Tomcats will face off against the Mason County Royals at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Blazer and Cabell Midland finished up on equal footing with a 4-4 draw.

Meanwhile, Mason County's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Bourbon County, sneaking past 2-1.

Taylence Jarrell and Noah Gardner scored both of Mason County's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 19 goals.

Mason County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those four contests. Blazer's draw makes their record 6-8-3 this season.
