Volleyball Recap: Wessington Springs Spartans vs. McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars
After flying high against Lower Brule on Thursday, Wessington Springs came back down to earth. The Spartans fell 2-0 to the McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars on Saturday.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-14.
Wessington Springs' offense was headlined by Kendall kolousek and Raygen Teveldal, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Logan Mohling and her eight assists. Kerstyn Heim controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
