Burlington Christian Academy entered their tilt with Bradford Academy on Thursday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They took down the Bradford Academy Archers 40-26.

Burlington Christian Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was M Bruce out in front who posted 19 points and six rebounds. Bruce continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was K Cockman, who had five points in addition to four blocks and three steals.

Bradford Academy's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Megan Papaneri, who put up nine points. Martha Crotts was another key player, putting up nine points.

Burlington Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Bradford Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.
