Basketball Recap: Caroline Takes a Loss

Caroline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Chancellor Chargers, falling 58-28. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cavaliers of the 50-19 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Caroline's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Chancellor, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Caroline is taking a road trip to square off against Culpeper County at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Chancellor, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against King George at 6:30 p.m. Chancellor will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
