Baseball Recap: Kennett Takes a Loss

The Kennett Indians came up short against the Marquand-Zion Tigers on Wednesday and fell 6-2.

Kennett's defeat dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Marquand-Zion, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-7.

Kennett wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 6-2 loss against Fredericktown on the 21st. As for Marquand-Zion, they will challenge Perryville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
